Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the service.
Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to register and use this service, or the higher age required by local laws. By creating an account, you confirm you satisfy the eligibility criteria. Any unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Age verification may be required at any time.
Account Security
To access certain features, you must register with a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information. Report any suspected unauthorized use promptly.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all regulations. Prohibited actions include distributing malicious code, engaging in harassment, or infringing intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to bypass security or disrupt service operations. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
User-Generated Content
Any content you upload, post, or submit remains your property but is licensed to the service for hosting, reproduction, and distribution. You represent that you own or control all rights to any content you submit. The service may remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify the service for any third-party claims arising from your content.
Fees & Payment
Access to premium features requires payment of fees as displayed at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until balance is cleared.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal settings in your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not grant refunds for the current period. No pro-rata credits are provided.
Service Changes
The service may modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect user experience will be announced at least seven days prior when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new functionality. No compensation is owed for modifications or discontinuations.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided when feasible. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued against infringers.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve informally. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise ordered.
